"I had been a client of Patrick Hall State Farm since 2019. During the past 6 years, the service has been impeccable, the agents helpful and friendly and the price reasonable. My daughter and grand daughter were also on my policy. In 2025, my daughter died from cancer, the old car I had also died. That was quite the year. I called Patrick Hall agency, she was removed as was the old vehicle. February of 2026, I went to the site to print new insurance cards, and my grand daughter was missing from my vehicles. I immediately called the agency and got stuck talking to Tyler Stanley. His only purpose for the call was to upsell me on other products and try to raise the price on my auto insurance. He most certainly did. I went from $150 for both vehicles a month to $315 for a month. He stated my grand daughter was not on the policy, which she had been for at least 3 years. Talking to Tyler Stanley is like talking to an AI-bot. No personality only pushing for more money. I can see why Allstate has been through a huge lawsuit and will be refunding money to me soon. I have cancelled my account. Do not use this agency, they will change things, charge you more money and tell you to "have a nice day". What a good AI bot."
